These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and LW88BET ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the LW88BET website located at https://lw88bet.cam and all associated services, products, software, and content offered therein.

To register and maintain an Account on LW88BET, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during which your Account remains active:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.

Registration by persons under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes an immediate ground for account termination.

• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be subject to any other gambling restriction that would prevent lawful participation.
• You must be the sole and beneficial owner of any payment method used to fund your Account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of LW88BET, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and must promptly update such information if it changes.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account on the Platform. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide a valid mobile phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. LW88BET will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify LW88BET immediately at[email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of your account security.

LW88BET may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept a registration application or close an existing Account without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any eligible balance held in that Account at the time of closure.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LW88BET grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of lawful personal entertainment.

You agree that you are accessing and using the Platform entirely at your own risk and entirely at your own volition. The Platform is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. LW88BET does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.

• You must use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
• You must not use the Platform in any manner that may cause damage to LW88BET's reputation, systems, or intellectual property.
• You must not transmit any malicious code, malware, or disruptive data via the Platform.
• You acknowledge that all gambling activity on the Platform involves real financial risk and that you may lose funds placed in bets or wagers.

LW88BET accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of verified local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.

Deposited funds are used exclusively for the purpose of placing bets and wagers on the Platform. Deposits do not accrue interest. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method that is legally registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

LW88BET reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your e-wallet or bank account dashboard showing your name) as part of the KYC verification process. Failure to provide this documentation may result in a freeze on deposits or withdrawals pending verification.

Players may request withdrawals of their eligible Account Balance via the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 via all supported payment methods.
• Withdrawal requests submitted via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Withdrawal requests via DuitNow or FPX bank transfer are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes.
• Withdrawal requests via direct bank wire are processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes during normal operating conditions.
• LW88BET reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceding MYR 5,000 in a single transaction or MYR 20,000 in a calendar month.

Stated withdrawal processing times are indicative only. LW88BET accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing systems, or circumstances beyond our direct control.

LW88BET offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal rewards, cashback promotions, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Each bonus is available to one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Bonus Funds must satisfy the specified wagering requirement before any related winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and contributing game percentages will be stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Unless expressly stated, bonuses are valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements and unused Bonus Funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• LW88BET reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or collusion with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Account reviewed for suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the LW88BET platform are subject to the specific rules of the respective sport, game, or product as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the bet. In the event of any conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay matters.

LW88BET reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• It is determined that the bet was placed using a technical error or incorrect pricing;
• The outcome of the event on which the bet was placed is affected by proven match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or the applicable game rules;
• The relevant sporting event or game outcome cannot be officially verified.

Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, NBA, and other competitions — are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the respective governing body. Settlements are final once confirmed by LW88BET's trading team and will not be reversed except in cases of demonstrable system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LW88BET platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in civil or criminal referal to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, misrepresenting age, or using stolen payment methods to fund an Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to the concealment, laundering, or transfer of illicitly obtained funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account to circumvent bonus restrictions, limits, or prior Account suspensions.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets to exploit pricing discrepancies between LW88BET and other platforms in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any competitive game format on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals via your bank or payment provider after funds have been legitimately deposited and used on the Platform.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to gain winings that would not have been obtainable under normal operating conditions.

LW88BET reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Activity or fraudulent conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory or compliance requirements;
• Court order or direction from a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed for a reason other than a breach of these Terms, LW88BET will return the verified real-money Balance to the Player via the same payment method used for most recent deposit, net of any pending transaction charges. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure regardless of the reason.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected]. Players requesting voluntary closure for responsible gambling reasons will be assisted promptly and their Account will be placed under a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion as requested.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control their spending.

You are granted no intellectual property rights in or to the Platform or its content. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, licence, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of LW88BET.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LW88BET, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

LW88BET's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date of the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LW88BET holds its operating licence.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to LW88BET's internal dispute resolution process. Players are required to submit a written complaint to [email protected] before initiating any formal legal proceedings. LW88BET will endeavour to respond to all complaints within five (5) business days.

LW88BET reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
